Now heat oil and fry onion. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, chili and turmeric. Cook well. Once it is cooked add boiled mutton brain and all spice powder. Cook properly. In the end add cream, chaat masala and dried fenugreek leaves. Cover and cook. Then add coriander, green chili and ginger. Serve hot.Kuchla Gosht :Beef (boiled) ½ kgOnion (chopped) 1 (large)Green chili 6-8Ginger 1 pieceGarlic 3-4 clovesWhite cumin 1 tspVinegar 2 tbspGinger garlic paste 1 tbspChaat masala as requiredFried onion ½ cupSalt as requiredAll spice powder ½ tspYogurt ½ cupBlack pepper (crushed) 1 tspClarified butter ½ cupCoriander, mint leaves for garnishTomato (sliced) for garn the beef with salt and allow it to cool. Then add it to mortar and pestle and crush thickly. Now heat clarified butter and fry onion. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt. Cook well. Then crush green chili, garlic, ginger and cumin. Also add vinegar and mix well. Once the yogurt water becomes dry, add crushed beef, green chili mixture, all spice powder and crush black pepper. Mix well, cover and cook for about 5 minutes. In the end place it in a dish and garnish with chaat masala, fried onion, coriander, mint leaves and tomato slice.
